Our Services
Advertising & Leasing
We will market your property and walk through the leasing process with prospective tenants, helping you get the right tenants for your property. We perform all necessary verifications such as:
- Completing credit checks
- Employment and income verifications
- Rental history verifications
- Criminal history
Property Maintenance
We have a Maintenance Department to coordinate all maintenance issues, and licensed and insured maintenance technicians who provide affordable repairs and emergency service. We also have a network of external contractors who can provide service when necessary, most of whom have negotiated rates with Delta Realty Group.
Tenant Care
We will collect the security deposit and monthly rents; and applicable late fees for rents received after the 5th day of the month. We can direct deposit the rental proceeds in to your bank account to ensure you receive it timely.
Statements & Financials
Stay informed through your Owner Portal. Access financial statements, documents, or even send & receive funds from the palm of your hand.
