I am a retired USAF Senior NCO. During my 24 year military career I moved 12 times! (Believe me I understand the many challenges of relocation to a new area). July 1990 we moved to Fairfield and bought our first home. The next few years I took all the RE Courses offered at Solano Community College. I retired from the USAF 31 January 1994. I received my RE License 14 Feb 1994, yes; Valentine’s Day! I spent my early RE days learning the business from high producing “Rock Star” REALTORS. They taught me how to be a successful REALTOR. I moved to another company where I worked for 10 years, managing an office of 30 Agents. I also trained all New Company Agents, and took over the Property Management Department, as well as Listing and Selling properties myself. I received my Broker’s License in 2004. January 2nd 2007 I opened my own company, Delta Realty Group, Inc. an independent RE Office. Over the years my Company has had outstanding growth. I started this company with 3 other Agents, and 4 Rental Properties. As of January 2020 we have close to 200 rentals and 12 REALTORS.
November 2019 I received an Honorary Lifetime Membership Award in recognition of my “many dedicated (25) years of exemplary service as a REALTOR member of the Northern Solano County Association of REALTORS.”
